You will have more problems in your health and it will complicates with your other health issues. Simply control your eating habits and eat non fatty meals. Eat healthy snacks like fruits. Limit your soft drinks consumption instead drink more water or any other non carbonated drinks. Good diet with healthy benefits. Exercise at home for safety if you are alone, You do not have to go out to exercise your body. Try to reach your roof everyday and see if you will not lose weight in safest possible way.
