While noodles are cooking put another pot on the stove on medium heat add ground beef to the pot and cook until the meat is no longer pink. I use ground sirloin.

While the meat browns cut your green pepper, onion, tomato and garlic into small pieces. Add those to the meat once the meat is brown and you have drained the fat.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can use elbow noodles, corkscrew or whatever type you like
  • Add a salad to make the meal complete.
  • Omit the ground beef if you only want the sauce and noodles.
  • Be careful anytime you cook in the kitchen. Accidents happen all the time.
