You can travel anywhere you want to find away to lose weight but if you are not eating healthy diet or doing exercises as you can then nothing really happen to your effort. You can just stay at home and work at home but you are eating healthy and active everyday then you can lose weight unnoticed. Your physical health development is not just based on jogging outside or doing aerobics at the gym or losing weight but also based on your self determination and mental strength to cope any problems in life. Be flexible in any hard times and accept the problems that can make you depressed. Sleeping disorder is part of your depression and anxiety. You do not have to lose weight if you are happy everyday because your body will just burn your fat itself. The more you are happy the easy your body will burn fat in your belly. By just laughing and jumping alone will help you lose weight. Unlike if you are depressed ,all you can think is food and drink. Watch television and travel and spend money for foods and shop for nonsense. But if you are happy you can solve your problems easy.
