Mango shake is healthy than soft drinks. To make it ,you need ripe mangoes and an ice. Shaker or grinder or fruit shake maker or anything that can make the ice grounded as fine as possible. Take the seed of the ripe mango ,do not include it in your shake. Slice the mango without the seed and put it in a mixer with ice cubes. Add milk not breast milk. Condensed milk is good but you can choose what you want. Add a grated young coconut meat if you wish. You can add just any kinds of fruit you want in your shakes. Add the sugar while mixing.
