This technique is very important and should be used in day to day life.

Instructions

Difficulty: Challenging

Things You’ll Need:

  • legs
  • balance
  • chair (optional)

Step1
Identify the place in which you intend to sit upon, this can be anything from the ground, a bench, a chair, some other relatively flat surface.
Step2
Stand in front of the pre-determined "sitting area" with your back to the spot.
Step3
-This is where things get tricky!-
Bend legs until your hindquarters come into contact with the seat or surface. This may require the engaging of the abdominal muscles to maintain balance on the way down, or even use of the arms for support.
Step4
Allow your weight to rest upon the surface and there you go!

Tips & Warnings

  • Having a friend there for support is always beneficial
  • Sitting too fast may result in falling
  • Also, there are many places which are not meant to be sat upon i.e. fire, electrical wires, sharp objects, small children, etc.
