Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Keep up with hygiene. Shower and shave every day. Brush your teeth. Run a comb through your hair. While these things are simple, many men fail to maintain the habit.
Step2
Take the time to dress well. Wearing sweat pants and a ratty t-shirt makes you look like a bum, not someone who is confident. A good rule of thumb is to dress so you wouldn’t be embarrassed to meet a woman for an impromptu lunch.
Step3
Set goals and meet them. By setting and keeping small goals, you’ll start to increase your confidence. As your confidence increases, you’ll be able to set and achieve bigger goals which in turn boosts your confidence even more.
Step4
Exercise. Nothing can boost masculinity like exercise. Start with a small activity, like 15 minutes of jogging, and gradually dial it up.
Step5
Learn a new skill. Confident men are constant learners. By learning a new skill, you demonstrate to yourself that you’re capable of adapting to anything that life throws at you.
Step6
Take stock of past successes. Realizing that you've succeeded once, and can again, is a powerful motivator to take on new challenges.
