If your reading this chances are that you are not at the place you want to be in life and you know that you are worth more that what you are making and how you are or you would not be reading this. The number one secrete is "you are who you think you are,". We've all seen those people who you just know shouldn't be ahead of you in the workplace and other settings and you wonder what is their secret how did they get to where they are in life. These people most likely have a great view of themselves, for whatever reason, they view themselves as management material, bosses, and whatever higher position that is along the way. They never took the time to listen to what others said about then because they've only viewed themselves the top of the line and only deserving of the best life has to offer.

Forget about the person you are now for just a second, what comes into your mind at first what others have said about what you are or what you think and know what you are. Most of you probably will realize that certain subliminal messages come to mind of what family, friends, and co-workers say about you and don't even realize it. The first thing you need to remember is that all of these people, even though some of them are close to you, is that whatever they say to you or have told you benefits them in some way. For example, a co-worker is not going to tell you your management material. They will probably try to be nice when telling you that you couldn't possible be that over them, Why would they think that when they are trying to move up too. Be careful also with family members because they are the ones whoso words mean the most to you and when someone tells you to get a steady job and that you shouldn't dream about something else they may not know the real you and by listening to this could just make you believe it. Have you this whole time?

Who you really are is going to be up to you, have you realized that yet. If all of the successful people in this world including myself would have listened to this then where would the world be? There would be no microsoft because Bill Gates was supposed to be something else in life if he would have listened to everyone else.
