How to Add Pictures to MySpace, FaceBook or Blog

Sometimes it is difficult to get photos or graphics onto your MySpace or onto other systems. Here is a foolproof method to accomplish this.

Instructions

Step 1

Locate URL: The URL is the web address for the picture. It tells the computer where to look for the picture. So, the first step is to find a picture on the web to attach. This picture should be on an unsecure site to work properly. Once you have located the picture, right click and select properties.
NOTE: If the picture is located in an e-mail, you will first have to save it to your computer and then post it on a web site such as photobucket.com.
Step 2

To select the URL, triple click on it so that the entire address is highlighted as in this example.
Step 3

Right click the URL and select copy.
Step 4

Copy all the text in this example into notepad. Replace the words, URL HERE with the URL, using the paste function (Ctrl-V). Make sure you add the quotes around the URL as shown or it will not work. (Due to HTML restrictions on eHow, you will need to type out the text not copy and paste.)
Step 5

Place this code anywhere in your MySpace code or anywhere else that HTML is accepted including MySpace comments.
