Things You'll Need:
- liquid starch
- ruler, or worker's measuring tape
- fabric
- wall papering supplies
- a room to decorate

Step 1
Preparation:
Take measurements of the walls in the chosen room and note them down on a piece of paper. Divide the measurement into 1' widths for easier application. Go to the fabric store and order the fabric accoring to the measurements you have. -
Step 2
Preparation of the room.
Clear out all furniture, pictures, and other items that will hender your progress. Prepare the walls and floor as if you are painting. -
Step 3
Application:
Prepare your strips the same way for wall papering and apply accordingly. -
Step 4
Allow to dry for up to 1 day. Then replace all items into your finished room after cleanup
