Yes ... this is a great gourmet fudge that is just fool-proof,easy,inexpensive and quick.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 12 oz semi sweet choc chips
  • 2 cubes white bark coating
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup nuts (any kind)
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  1. Step 1

In your smaller (top) pot of your double boiler place the:
    chocolate chips
    white bark coating

  2. Step 2

Melt them and let them stay in the pot and heat for 10 minutes
    stir occasionally

  3. Step 3

Butter a plate and set aside for later to pour your fudge into

  4. Step 4

Take your fudge off the heat.

  5. Step 5

Add the nuts and stir until they are well coated

  6. Step 6

add the mini marshmallows and stir around real quick like around 2 quick stirs only untill marshmallows are somewhat melted.....less than half way melted.

  7. Step 7

Add the peanut butter and stir thru only once or twice ...... this is because you want peanut butter swirls in the fudge.

  8. Step 8

Dump it on the plate real quick and spread. Let cool for about 20 minutes.
    Cut and serve.

Tips & Warnings
  • I use the term double boiler for the pot to cook this fudge in but .... you can use a large pot slightly over 1/3 full of water ... then set a smaller pot inside it for the cooking.
