A dream book is a scrap book that you create where you cut out pictures and words that embody your visions and goals. The purpose is to be able to visualize your dreams and be able to keep a tangible representation of that goal nearby. It keeps you motivated and helps you to focus on what you want. Read on to learn more.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Scrapbook
  • Scissors
  • Glue
  • Old magazines
  • Scrapbooking decorations, pens and special scissors (optional)
  1. Step 1

    Decide what dreams and goals you want to depict in your dream book. Address any and all dreams in your dream book.

  2. Step 2

    Flip through old magazines and cut out pictures and words that represent the dreams and goals that you want to accomplish. Don't be conservative in what you want. Dream big.

  3. Step 3

    Organize all of your cut out pictures and then begin to glue them into your dream book. You may want to organize the pictures by section depending on what your actual goals are.

  4. Step 4
    Scrapbooking store.

    Add any words or decoration to the pages to express your creativity and make the book more decorative. Let your personality shine through! You can find a lot of creative ideas by checking your local scrapbooking store, ordering from online stores or checking a local discount department store.

  5. Step 5

    Keep in mind that you can add to it as your goals continue to grow and change. Look at it whenever you need motivation or to check your progress. You might be surprised by just how far you may come in a short period of time.
