How to Cheat At Age of Mythology

Age of Mythology is a fun spin off of the Age of Empires games, but if you are an impatient gamer like me, you might want cheat codes to ensure that you can defeat the enemy. These codes will help you to be victorious.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Computer
• Age of Mythology game already installed

1. Fire up your Age of Empires and start a new game.

2. Entering Cheat Codes:
   
   To enter cheat codes, you will need to open the chat box by pressing the Enter key. Type in the codes in all caps.
   
   Once you have typed in the code, simply press enter again to close the chat box. If you typed the code correctly, you should see the changes instantly.

3. Resources:
   
   Do you run low on resources before the battle even begins? Type in the following codes to build up or restock your resources at anytime during the game.
   
   Type ATM OF EREBUS to receive 1000 gold.
   
   Type JUNK FOOD NIGHT to receive 1000 food.
   
   Type TROJAN HORSE FOR SALE to receive 1000 wood.
   
   Type MOUNT OLYMPUS to receive full favor.

4. Faster Building:
   
   Do you get impatient waiting for your villagers to build or for your technologies to advance? Does the enemy always seem to have a much bigger army and an unfair advantage?
   
   Type L33T SUPA H4X0R for faster building.
   
   This will allow for instant villager and soldier creation, instant technology advances, and buildings will be built as soon as your villager reaches the building site.

5. Reveal Map:
   
   Tired of having to expend precious units to explore the map to see where your enemies and resources are hiding?
   
   Press enter and type LAY OF THE LAND to instantly reveal all areas of the map.
   
   You can hide the map at anytime by typing UNCERTAINTY AND DOUBT.
   
   Type SET ASCENDANT to see where all the animals are located on the map.

6. God Powers:
   
   So, you want the power of the Gods? These cheat codes will give you a wonderful advantage over your enemies.
   
   DIVINE INTERVENTION will allow you to use a previously used god power.
   
   PANDORAS BOX will give you a random set of god powers.
   
   BAWK BAWK BOOM will give you the chicken-meteor god power.
   
   FEAR THE FORAGE will give you the walking berry bushes god power.
   
   GOATUNMEIM will turn all units on the map to goats. ( Not sure why you would want this to happen, but it sounds cool :) )
   
   WRATH OF THE GODS will give you lightning, storm, earthquake, meteor, and tornado god powers.

7. Unique Units:
   
   Want to send some new and different soldiers into your enemies land? Set these units loose on your nemesis and watch 'em scramble.
   
   O CANADA will give you a lazer bear.
   
   TINES OF POWER will give you a giant fork boy.
   
   WUV WOO will give you a flying purple hippo.
   
   Also, by typing in ISIS HEAR MY PLEA you will get all the heroes from the campaign.

8. Miscellaneous Cheat Codes:
   
   These codes won't have much impact on your enemies, but they are fun to play with.
   
   CONSIDER THE INTERNET will slow down units.
   
   IN DARKEST NIGHT causes it to become nighttime.
   
   I WANT THE MONKEYS will give you monkeys galore.
   
   RED TIDE will turn the waters red.

9. Victory is Mine:
   
   Impatient gamers may find these cheat codes valuable.
   
   THRILL OF VICTORY will end the game with you as the winner.
   
   CHANNEL SURFING will allow you to skip to the next scenario in the campaign. (Obviously, this cheat will only work in the campaign levels.)

10. There you go. You are now armed with the information you need to become the victor in Age of Mythology. With this advantage, you will wipe your enemies off the map!

Tips & Warnings

• Remember to press the enter key before and after inputting a new cheat code.
• Always type your codes in ALL CAPS.
