All in moderation. Don't alienate your Aunt by not accepting her pies, or not eating birthday cake at a party. But try your best to NEVER eat it in your own company. Sugar depletes the body of minerals and this makes you look old. Also get a home kit to test your PH (Acidic and Alkaline foods). FYI: Alkaline bodies CANNOT GET CANCER!

No cosmetic on earth slows down the aging process. This is a fact that you can find possibly from scientific journals. Advertisers are the ones telling you these products work, not real scientists. What you eat directly impacts your appearance and health! Basic wash and moisturizers will work fine. Use them daily!!

Breath deeply!
Once you get a plan on how to re-work your diet. Incorporate some exercise and deep breathing. By bringing breath into the body you energize your cells.
