Spending at the grocery store is already eating up a huge chunk out of most people's paycheck. Why pay more on overpriced cleaning supplies? It seems like they might do a better job because of how they are marketed but simple stuff that you have laying around is just as effective.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy
Step1
Just like the good old days! Dust your furniture with the used fabric softener sheets that you usually throw in the garbage. They pick up all of the dust and work much better than anything else.
Step2
A beautiful lint free shine. Wipe your mirrors with coffee filters. They will shine and leave absolutely zero lint behind.
Step3
Use Cola to scrub your toilet bowl. Instead of throwing away those half drank cans of pop, pour them into the toilet as the acidity will remove any stains.
Step4
Use bleach! Bleach diluted with water can work wonders cleaning tubs, grout, mildew, a disinfectant, and even a few drops in your dishwater can work wonders.

Tips & Warnings

  • Bleach gets rid of germs on contact so use it to wipe down toilet handles, door knobs, and light switches.
  • Either ventilate the area that you are working in or dilute it enough so that the smell is not overwhelming.
