Things You’ll Need:

• Microsoft Excel

1. Open up the file in Microsoft Excel.
2. Navigate to the cell that contains the information you need to copy.
3. Double-click on it and select the contents of the cell. Press "Ctrl+A" to select everything automatically.
4. Press "Ctrl+C" to copy the contents of the cell.
5. Navigate to the cell that you wish to transfer the information to and press "Ctrl+V" to paste the contents.
6. The cell will now contain only the data and not the border information.

Tips & Warnings

• You will see the cursor blinking when you double-click properly in a cell.
• This will not copy the borders. Copy the entire cell if you need to do so.
