Things You'll Need:

Mac OS X

Step 1

Save and close all your documents and reboot your Mac.
Step 2

While it is starting up, press and and hold down the mouse button while the system starts up.
Step 3

While your Mac boots, your computer’s disc drive will eject any disc that’s inside.
Step 4

Try reinserting the disc and re-ejecting while you're in the OS itself.
Step 5

If it still fails, repeat the process.
