Face it--we are a society that over-emphasizes the outer appearance. There is this inner need to always look good and hurt ourselves when we do not. So, when we notice that our little pinky finger seems to have put on some extra weight, it is off to diet haven. Unfortunately, the problem does not necessarily stem from extra pounds but rather the fashion styles we admire and long to wear. The styles of today are not made for every body type; so instead of beating yourself up for not looking good in the latest fads, why not use what you have and look slender with fashion tricks?
