Step1
Download ‘Balabolka’ from the website www.tucows.com Or www.google.com
It is Free software for converting ‘Text’ to ‘Audio (Wav File)’. It converts ‘Text’ into ‘Wav File’. Read the Home Page of the Software’s Web Site.
Step2
Type the following ‘Text’ as it is, in Microsoft ‘Notepad’ and save it in ‘My Documents’.

The six dots at the end are meant for time gap between two sentences. You can add or reduce the number of dots. Generally three dots give a gap of about one second.
(You can copy and paste ‘Text’ from Microsoft ‘Word’ or directly type the ‘Text’ in the blank space of ‘Balabolka’. But it is advisable to type ‘Text’ in ‘Notepad’)
Step3
Open ‘Balabolka’ by double clicking its Shortcut. Look at all the bars, buttons and blank space. Click ‘Help’ button and read the instructions.
Step4
Click ‘File’ button of menu bar, a drop down menu will appear. Click ‘Open’ button.
Step5
Select the ‘Text’ file (already saved by you in ‘My Documents’) and click ‘Open’. The ‘Text’ will open in the blank space of ‘Balabolka’
Step6
Select the name of speaker by clicking ‘Arrow’ button on top right side.
Step7
If you want to listen at natural speed then click ‘Default’ button so that arrow of ‘Rate’ is at zero. If you want to listen at slow speed then move the arrow of ‘Rate’ to the left.
Step8
Click ‘Play’ button (red arrow) on the toolbar and listen the text inserted in blank space. If you are not satisfied with the speaker, the speed or time gap then change it according to your choice.
Step9
Once you are satisfied, click the ‘File’ button on menu bar. In the drop down menu, click ‘Save Audio File’ button. Give file name and click ‘Save’ button to save in ‘My Documents’.
You can save the modified text (if modified) by clicking ‘Save’ button (big TV type) on tool bar. You can also save audio file by clicking ‘Save Audio File’ button (small TV type) on tool bar.
Your ‘Text’ has been converted into Audio (‘Wav File’), which you can listen by clicking the saved file in ‘My Documents’.
