Things You'll Need:
- A knife
- a target
- A GOOD backstop

Step 1
Get your knife and place middle, pointer and thumb on the blade. The thumb should be by itself on one side of the blade.

Step 2
Depending on the power you want while holding the blade bring your throwing arm backwards.

Step 3
Swing forward and let go. If you are outside refrain from using your wrist. If you are inside at close range, refrain from using your arm.
