How to Set Up a Bloody Mary and Maria Cart
Brunch is the social solution to early morning breakfast plans that come too early on weekends--and lunch plans that eat up your entire afternoon. I know, it's the social equivalent of eating quiche, but when you add a Bloody Mary/Maria Cart--all thoughts of hat and glove-style brunches go out the window. Here's how to set up a self service cart of deliciousness! Does this Spark an idea?

- Bar Cart
- Bloody Mary (Maria) Cocktail Recipe and Ingredients

1
Find a cart that can be morphed into a cocktail cart (think Rat Pack and the cart they kept on stage). It doesn't have to be fancy--just something on wheels. Google keywords "bar cart" for ideas.

Step it up a notch and infuse the vodka with herbs, peppercorns and spices. Google keywords "infused vodka" for recipes and see Resources below for links to infusing jars. Include a bottle of tequila on the cart for those who will partake in the Bloody Maria (Bloody Mary made with tequila).
-
4
Help guests rationalize their splurge by including a ton of vegetables to garnish their cocktails: baby tomatoes, marinated string beans, spicy carrots, grilled pearl onions, lemons, limes, blanched asparagus and of course the classic...celery stalks.

Tips & Warnings
To style the cart like an apothecary, use apothecary-style jars and glass beakers found at lab supply websites (see Resources below).
