How to make a yummy, healthy MILKSHAKE

Yes you can have a milkshake thats good for you

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 Cup of strawberries or some other soft, chopped fruit
  • 1/2 Cup of Fat Free Skim Milk
  • 2 TBSP of low fat frozen yogurt
  • 1 tsp of wheat germ
  • Optional mint leaf for garnish
Step1
In a blender, puree the fruit, milk, yogurt and wheat germ until thick and creamy.
Step2
Pour into a tall chilled glass and garnish with a mint leave (optional).
Step3
Serve at once and ENJOY!

Tips & Warnings

  • Hits the spot
  • May be a little pricey to make this, healthy eating/drinking isn't cheap !
