Delicious, and liquid velvety smooth. A properly prepared chocolate martini is like sipping smooth hints of exotic chocolate flavors while not being overpowered by thick syrups.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Chocolate powder
  • Vodka
  • Coffee Liquor
  • Chocolate Liquor
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Ice
  • Mixing glass and shaker
  1. Step 1

Place your glassware in the freezer to properly chill for 10 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Fill mixing glass with ice

  3. Step 3

Measure 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon chocolate powder into mixing glass

  4. Step 4

Next add 1 1/2 ounces vodka 3/4 ounce chocolate liquor, and 1/4 ounce coffee liquor into the mixing glass along with the powdered chocolate and sugar.

  5. Step 5

Cover mixing glass with shaker cover, and agitate thoroughly. Once completely mixed after two or three shakes, immediately strain the ice, and pour into the chilled waiting glass for presentation and refreshment.

Tips & Warnings
  • Add Chocolate Syrup swirled inside the glass for a devil's food martini
  • Add a fan sliced strawberry inside the glass for a romantic invitation known as a lovers kiss.
  • Godiva Chocolate Liquor is much preferred for the choice of liquor, and Starbucks makes an excellent coffee liquor.
  • Please use quality vodka! It really makes a difference in this drink
