Compatible with ever car in the world, this Asianwolf LED scanner is the ultimate in visual theft deterrents. This is the V S 400 light emitting diode scanner. It comes in blue, red, or green. It is compatible with every type of car alarm system. This scanner can be used even if you do not have a car alarm system in your car. It is the ultimate in visual theft deterrent. When activated, the Red Light moves back and forth like a moving Eye warning would be thieves to stay away.

Unlike typical car alarm LED”S that only flash on and off, the moving red eye of the VS 400 LED scanner let's every thief know that this vehicle is armed with a security system. This item runs on 12 volts DC and is extremely easy to install.

How to install it:
This is a 3 wire hookup so installation should be very easy.
If you have a car alarm, follow the installation steps 1 below. If your car does not have an alarm please skip step 1 and follow installation step 2.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Volt meter
  • Elctrical tape
  • Basic Tools
  1. Step 1

    If you have a car alarm:
    A1. Connect the red wire of the LED scanner to 12 volts constant positive.
    A2. Connect the black wire from the LED scanner to the negative when armed wire of the car alarm
    A3. Connect the yellow wire to 12 volts constant positive.

  2. Step 2

    If you do not have a car alarm
    B1. . Connect the red wire of the LED scanner to 12 volts constant positive.
    B2. Connect the black wire from the LED scanner to constant negative
    B3. Connect the yellow wire to the ignition wire that shows 12 volts when the key is turned to the ON position.

  3. Step 3

    Your done.
    If you installed it with car alarm using step 1 above, then when ever you arm the alarm the LED scanner will activate.
    If you installed it without a car alarm using step 2 above, then the LED scanner will activate when your car is parked and the key is in the off position.
