How to lose weight

I have been overweight for quite some time. But I have found that by simply riding my bike 7miles to and from work I am losing quite a bit of weight. If you like riding as much as I do,you can lose weight fast. It doesnt matter where you live,you can do it!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • Bicycle
  • Water holder
  • water bottle
  • Headphones
  • Ipod, Walkman.

Step1
Plan your way to and from your destination.Figure out how many miles you will be traveling and how many hills there are.
Step2
Get some of your favorite music together along with your ipod or walkman.
Step3
Get your waterbottle (make sure you have a waterbottle holder on your bike)hop on your bike and ride. If you ride three times a week 7 miles a day,you are sure to lose 10 lbs in a month. I know its not much but you are sure to have a good time.

Tips & Warnings

  • Riding with friends would be the best way to have fun.
