How to Create Sardinian Supreme Pizza

This pizza gets its colorful name from the island of Sardinia near Italy. On this island, pizza has a particularly rich, peppery taste. And now you can make it at home.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • Pizza crust, store bought
  • Pepperoni (freshly sliced)
  • 12 or 16-inch pizza pan
  • Olive oil
  • Mozzarela
Step1
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spread olive oil over your pan.
Step2
Place the crust in the pan. Spread the olive oil over the pizza crust.
Step3
Add your spaghetti sauce to the pizza pie crust. Spread mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add green peppers and pepperoni and then add more cheese. Sprinkle on oregano or pizza seasoning.
Step4
Place the pizza pie in the oven and heat it for 10 to 20 minutes. Wait two to five minutes for the pizza to cool.
