Cooking fish is very easy. You can have different ways of cooking fish. But if you need more tasty and nutritious make it a soup. Fish soup is good for your hangover and diet. I have several ways to prepare fish for food. I can make it as a salad or appetizer. Cook it as grilled and cook it with cooking oil. And sometimes I can just dry it, to make a dried fish. Or I can just soak it with salt and then fry it later. Or I can eat raw. I always eat raw foods right after I catch it from the sea. You don't have to eat raw foods most especially if your system is not immune with any possible contamination in the foods.
