Everyone that has a home has a bedroom, and everyone that has a bedroom usually has a bed. Having clean sheets on the bed feels like Heaven to some, it is always good and sanitary to change the linens each week.

Change The Sheets on The Bed

Step1

Take the sheets from the dryer after washing them or from the area where you may keep your linens.

Step2

Go to the bed in which you are going to apply the sheets, unfold, shake and spread across the mattress.

Step3

It does not matter what end you start with placing on the fitted sheet. Usually start at the foot of the bed and work up by pulling the end of the fitted sheet over the left or the right of the foot of the bed.

Making sure that the fitted sheet is tight, pull the fitted sheet across, upward or diagonal to fit the mattress.

Step5

Once the fitted sheet is on the mattress, take the loose sheet and spread it across the mattress of the fitted sheet and bed.

Step6

Smooth the sheet out making sure there are not any wrinkles. To cut down on the wrinkles take the sheets out of the drawer while still damp, place them over the bed, and let them finish drying on the bed.

Step7

Pulling up the mattress with either one of your hands, tuck the end of the sheet underneath the end of the mattress securely.

Step8

Gently pull the loose sheet up to the head of the bed and smooth out the rest of the sheet with your hand.

Step9

With the pillows, tuck the pillow in between your legs to have a good grip to put the pillowcase on.

Step10

Open up the case and place the ends of the pillow inside the case. This procedure will take awhile to do depending on how big the pillows are.

Step11

Shake the pillow down in to the pillowcase until the ends of the pillow fits snug in the pillowcase.
