Things You’ll Need:

2 tbs. sesame oil
2 tbs. avocado oil
2 tbs. olive oil
1 tbs. almond oil
10 vitamin E gel capsules
8 vitamin A gel capsules

Step1

Pour oils in jar. Using scissors puncture capsules of vitamin A and E and squeeze out the oil into jar.

Step2

Gently apply to skin where needed and massage with fingertips.

Step3

Leave over night. Refrigerate surplus.

Tips & Warnings

You can use this remedy for hands as well with over night non-absorbent cotton gloves.
