How to Turn a Cartwheel With One Hand

As children, we all love to turn flips. For those that knew how to do it. Even just by watching, kids made it look simple to do.

Turn a Cartwheel With One Hand

1. Stand with your legs apart an A position at an angle.
2. Hold the left or right arm above your head. It is always good to use the strongest arm to keep from injuring yourself.
3. Lean to the side moving your right or left hip inward. If you are using your right arm, your left hip will move inward or vice versa.
4. Reposition yourself to step out with your right or left leg bending downward to have the other leg to go over.
5. By the right or left arm touch the floor or ground; your legs should now be in an upward position as your head is facing downward.
6. By the right or left arm touch the floor or ground, your legs should now be in an upward position as your head is facing downward.
