How to Throw a Treasure Hunt Party

Everyone likes finding buried treasure. Why not make a fun party out of the game? Here are some fun and easy ways to host a treasure hunt party.

Things You'll Need:

• Clues for each station
• A box for the "Treasure"
• Goodies for inside the box

1. This really isn't hard, it just requires a little imagination! Make up clues to fit your yard, house or anywhere else you are playing. Make sure the clues are clever. Try making up riddles that rhyme.

2. Fill the "treasure box" with all sorts of goodies. Candy and trinkets such as a Slinky or a yo-yo work well. Also add a message that says "You have earned 1 free dinner!" Then, have dinner waiting on the table.

3. Start the timer and let them go! Everyone needs to work together to help find the treasure. Give an appropriate time limit for the clues.
