How to Form a Fist

The fist the weapon on our body second to only your legs.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1/2 hand

Step1
Curl up your fingers pinky to pointer until you see a "Y" shape sideways on your pointer.
Step2
Place your thumb, on the same hand up to the third finger from your pointer(on the second bone area of your finger.
Step3
Curl all fingers as tight as you can without moving them
