Cut watermelon into triangles. Take off the watermelon peel. Place the cut pieces on a serving plate.

Mix half of the raspberries in a bowl with the icing sugar and rosewater. Once mixed, use the fork to crush the strawberries in the bowl. Allow to sit for 2 - 3 minutes to soak up the flavor.

Add the remaining raspberries to the crushed mixture and stir.

Spoon yogurt over the watermelon pieces.
Step5
Add the berry mixture over the yogurt. Scatter pomegranate seeds over the top.
Step6
Serve. Add a serving spoon and bowls for diners to help themselves.
Tips & Warnings
If preferred, substitute the yogurt with ice cream or sorbet.
