Step1
First step is to jump up and cross your legs. Have your arms up just above your shoulders while you do this.
Step2
Secondly you take your left leg and cross it over to your right arm behind your back. There you tap your foot. Then put your arm and leg back to normal.
Step3
Third move you lean back to the right while your arms are around you like if you were running but more in a circular pattern. You thentake your left foot and stomp it on the ground.
Step4
Forth step you move your right foot and position it in front of your left foot, move it in between where your left foot stands and where your right foot would stand, then put your right foot in its normal place but have it not on the floor and high enough so you can pat you knee which is exactly what you will do. Pat your knee then go back to normal.
Step5
The fifth move is "The superman" You put your two hands together then push out like you just started the breast stroke or you are pushing air out of your way. Stand on your left leg and have your right leg up making you look like "superman"
Step6
The next step is the part where you "crank that" 3 times back and forth starting by going to your feft and going on untill you did it four times. Two times per side. Keep your arms in "hula position" Like you are doing a hula dance.
Step7
Reverse all your steps so you are doing it on the opposite side.
