How to Make Quick and Easy Valentine Decorating Icing

This is a quick and easy icing recipe that makes about 2 1/2 cups. Works perfect for any sugar cookie recipe.

Things You'll Need:

• 1 lb. confectioner's sugar
• 1/4 cup powdered egg whites
• 1/3 cup water
• Food coloring

1. 
    

   Beat 1 lb. confectioners' sugar and 1/4 cup powdered egg whites. You can use Just Whites found in your store's baking section. Blend with mixer on low speed.

2. 
    

   Beat in 1/3 cup water, increase mixer speed to high. Do this for about 5 minutes or until icing is very thick and white.

3. 
    

   Add food coloring for your desired colors.
