Step 1
In Sims Open for Business, there is a simple cheat you can do. First select the pregnant Sim you would like to have twins. To open the cheat box, hold down Ctrl, Shift and C. Type "forcetwins" into the box (no quotes).

Step 2
Have the Sim mom eat cheesecake before trying to conceive, and she will get pregnant with twins.

Step 3
Make the couple relax in bed. Click on the other person and click, try for a baby. Wait for that sound, if you hear it, press the other person again. Hit woo hoo.

Step 4
Move the Sim family to a new, sparsely populated neighborhood or town. They are more likely to have twins where there is a smaller population.

on 5/31/2009 I created a new neighborhood recently but then added 30 people to it. Each one of my families have been having twins and one couple had two sets. I tried for baby and they didn't conceive so I woke them up had them relax again and try for baby again. No cheats. Works every single time. I wouldn't hire a nanny. I'd create an older person and move them into an extra bedroom. You'll get $20 grand and they'll die about when the kids are grown. They're also another way to get more household friends. I hate the nanny who's too expensive and pees on herself all the time.

on 3/23/2008 I am a pro simmer and I was curious..So I went and ate the Cheescake, went to an empty neighbourhood and typed forcetwins (which by the way, has no spaces) and I typed forcetwins again and again...She had 6 kids!!!!!!!! lol

on 3/20/2008 Yeah! I had my first set of twins. I heard that you are more likely to get twins if the mom or dad was a twin. Good luck!
Oh yeah, and when you get your twins, don't forget to hire a Nanny!!!
