Your first flight with your electric rc airplane should be as well planned as possible. You do not want to crash your plane on it's first flight.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Pick a spot with enough space. The size of your electric rc airplane will determine where to fly. The bigger the plane the more space you need. If there’s a club near you, contact one of the members and find out if it’s ok to launch your plane from their landing strip.
A small electric rc airplane may be flown in a big park.
Step2
Make sure the wind is not to strong. Preferably there should be a minimum of wind. You have to launch your plane into the wind. So be ready to handle the radio controls. If you have practiced beforehand on a flight simulator you should not experience to much trouble controlling the plane.
Step3
Keep your airplane at all times in a clear view. Do not let it get out of your sight and be especially carefull of the sun in your eyes.
Step4
Remember a electric rc airplane has batteries which should be fully charged before it is flown and make sure what the flying time is.
