Your life is so full, it can be difficult to give yourself the pampering you need to look your best. If you plan it right, however, you can arrange to treat yourself to "mini-spa" sessions in your home, no matter how tight your schedule may be.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Exfoliating cream
  • Good moisturizer
  • Moisturizing body lotion
  • Nutritious face pack
  1. Step 1

Take a warm shower followed by a cold shower. It is the best way to start your day. While you are in the warm shower, massage from your ankles to your neck with circular motions to promote your blood flow. When you are in the cold shower, massage your legs and chest. After your shower, apply generous amounts of a moisturizing body lotion.

  2. Step 2

Soak in a warm bath after returning home from work and feel the tensions of the day ebb from your body. Take time to apply an exfoliant on your face.

  3. Step 3

Take a few minutes to care for your nails. Your nails will be soft after bathing, ideal for removing cuticles. When you're done, apply hand lotion and cover both hands with latex gloves for fifteen minutes. This will enable the skin of your hands to absorb the product. After the treatment, apply a nail strengthener. If you want to color your nails, apply the first coat in the center, from the base of your nail to the tip, and then color the sides.

  4. Step 4

Do nor forget your feet. Soak them once a week in warm, soapy water for ten minutes. Then use a exfoliating cream to eliminate dead cells. When massaging your feet, pay attention to your heels.

Tips & Warnings
  • Exfoliate your skin while you are in the shower once a week.
  • Apply a refreshing face pack once a week for radiant skin.
  • Never cut your nails, file them instead. Make sure they are not pointy.
