I do not suggest this move unless you're on a mat.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • a practice dummy (a mannequin works).
  • A mat
  • an area of open space
Step1
Get a running start at your opponent.
Step2
quickly jump up and turn sideways making your feet facing your opponent.
Step3
Do this VERY quickly and you'll master it. Have a nice day!!!

Tips & Warnings

  • Try to hit the opponent in the face so you land on him/her.
  • I don't recommend this move at all whether you're on a mat or not the reason being you could break your hip or tail bone depending on your landing.
  • Try to bring the person down without this move but if you have to......
