How to Jump Kick

This is how to JUMP KICK!!!!! NOT DROP KICK THEY ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Strength
  • Brain
  • 2 legs

Step1
First, You might want to sretch before performing this kick.
Ok, Get a running start at your opponent.
Step2
Look at where you are going to kick your opponent, if you dont and you're looking at a spectator you are going to kick the spectator.
Step3
Last, swing the opposite kicking foot up about a 1/4 of the way and then swing the kicking foot up all the way. Do this very quickly and you will master it.

Tips & Warnings

  • Always look at your opponent.
  • Do this very quickly or it wont work.
  • Only kick your foot up to what you can perform. In other words dont try to go over what your leg will let you.
  • If you swing your kicking foot over what you can get it up to then it's going to hurt you could pull a hammy.
