Losing weight while fighting to win your goals. To lose weight you just don't eat healthy but to fight yourself in maintaining it. You ca be losing so much pounds in a few weeks but after that you feel lazy to do the same thing over and over. And then one thing you know, you gain weight so fast that you didn't even notice it. Losing weight is not all about healthy diet and eating right to stay skinny. But losing weight is a battle everyday to stay healthy. If you cannot fight your cravings for junk foods and fatty meals then keeping a diet is not a good sign. Losing weight is fighting against your brain.
