Football fans around the country live for the Super Bowl. What if you’re not crazy about football but your husband is attending a Super Bowl party? Here is how to attend a Super Bowl party with your football crazy husband.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Ask questions before you enter the party. Every year, there is always at least one person who asks, “Who is playing in the Super Bowl this year?” Don’t be that person.
Step2
Search out other non-football people at the party. There are always a few people at Super Bowl parties that aren’t crazy about the sport. Search out those people and spend some time with them during the party.
Step3
Be willing to stay for the entire game. What’s the point of going to a Super Bowl party if you’re going to miss some of the game?
Step4
Watch some of the game with your husband. Even if you don’t like football, it would probably mean a lot to your husband if you sat next to him and watched a quarter of the game with him. If nothing else, you’ll probably see some great commercials.
Step5
Take part in an activity during halftime that everybody at the party will enjoy. For example, my friend and I always play cards during halftime. We pick a game that everybody likes to play and it makes the time pass during the Super Bowl halftime show.
Step6
Don’t ask your husband what the score of the game is during the game. That is guaranteed to annoy both him and others around you. The score is almost always on the screen anyway.
