Step 1
Stick with snacks. Even on Super Bowl Sunday, you’ll be able to find items such as chips and candy at the grocery store. You may have to go to a couple of stores in order to find everything you want to get but this will still take up less time than trying to prepare food at the last minute.
-
Step 2
Consider that fast food is great food for any last minute party. Trying to order takeout on Super Bowl Sunday can be a nightmare. Fast food places, however, are open every Super Bowl Sunday. If you order from a value menu, fast food can also be relatively cheap.
-
Step 3
Buy beverages either in bottles or cans, whether you’re looking for beer or soda. Doing so means that you will not have to search for cups on Super Bowl Sunday, thus saving you from another chore.
-
Step 4
Search online for drinking games. You can find a list of these at http://www.fundrinkingames.com/. These drinking games can be a fun way to pass the time either before the Super Bowl starts or during halftime. They’re also a free form of entertainment at your Super Bowl party.
-
Step 5
Buy a cable splitter. Then bring multiple television sets into your TV room. Chances are that not everybody will be interested in the five hours of pre-game shows aired before the Super Bowl. This way, you can watch multiple sports programs on Super Bowl Sunday. It’s also cheaper than renting a big screen at the last minute.
-
Step 6
Have those coming to your Super Bowl party bring chairs. Since your Super Bowl party is being put together last minute, it isn’t asking too much to tell those coming to bring their own chair. This will save you the hassle of having to move around all of your furniture on Super Bowl Sunday, as well.
