Everybody has a certain special day (most often New Year) when they could use a confetti popper. But most people do not know that you can make confetti poppers easily from everyday household supplies, and for cheap. Things You'll Need:

• Personal time
• Hole-puncher shavings
• Eggs
• Egg pick
• Scotch tape
• Multi-colored paper

1. Purchase and create the supplies. Any grocery store will furnish you with all the supplies needed to create awesome confetti poppers.

2. Puncture and drain the egg. Using your egg pick, puncture the egg on the top and the bottom, exercising caution not to fracture the rest of the shell. Blow through the top of the egg while holding it over the sink, and allow the inside of the egg to drain. Allow the egg to dry for at least four hours.

3. Using your hole-puncher, create the necessary shavings and fill the egg with hole-puncher shavings.

4. Tape the egg and enjoy. Tape the top and the bottom of the egg to hold the shavings inside. When ready to use, throw the egg at the ceiling and confetti will rain down.
