Want to wake up every day off with a bang, and feel great and alert all day long? Follow these easy steps to having a more protective day.

Step1
Eating a nutritious diet in the morning is a great way to stimulate your mind with the nutrients it needs. It has been shown to effect memory, mood, and performance in school children also so feed your children a well balanced diet following the food pyramid to get good carbohydrates from fruit and some lower sugar ceria. This also can be a great way to curb your appetite for the rest of the day.
Step2
Workout. Some people gasp at the sound of that, that means you have to get up an hour earlier and will be way more tired through the day using all your energy to workout. Contrary to some' s believe working out befit cardiovascular or weight training actually gives you more energy throughout the day stimulating responses in the body that help you be more alert and stimulates your mind.
Step3
Asking a shower can also make you feel more alert in the morning so if you take a shower at night and having a hard time in the morning this could be a main factor, known from experience. So if you want to start these three easy steps and get back to me on how it works.

  • Avoid caffeine in the morning it can leave you with a crash later in the day.
