Losing weight should start when you feel need it. If you think you do not need any diet or exercise then not force yourself to the limit. Weight is not always the bases of your real happiness. Overweight or obese if you are happy then stay what makes you comfortable. Do not try to eat healthy diet but you cannot take it. Diet and healthy eating will only works if your desire is real. Do not push yourself because of people humiliated your posture. Take it as a challenge. But being overweight is not good to your health. Consider eating healthy diet and listen to peoples' s remarks can sometimes help you slim down. Try to travel and look around how the eyes roll back at you. Take a public transportation and see how others look at you with a humiliating smile. If that's the case you should be upset, you should get up and do something for a change. Change ,I am not talking about running for President am talking about eating healthy diet and stay skinny a little bit.
