2 tablespoons of chilli powder (3 if you want it extra spicy)
3 chipotle in adobo sauce(chopped)
1 tablespoon of cumin
3 cans of crushed tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Crushed pepper flakes about 1/2 teaspoon (for extra spicy add a full teaspoon
3 cloves of garlic diced
1/2 chopped onion
5-7 dashes of hot tabasco sauce
Step1
Get a skillet and add a bit of vegetable oil. When the oil gets hot add red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 2 minutes, allowing the pepper flakes to perfume the oil. Than add your chopped onions, brown.

In the meantime. get a large bowl and add your meat. Add cumin, chilli powder, salt and pepper and mix. DON'T over work the meat. Add to the skillet and brown meat.
Step3
Add chopped chipolte and crushed tomatoes. Allow to simmer for about 15 minutes and than add in Tabasco sauce.
Step4
Cover and simmer on low heat for about 2 hours and 30 minutes. When done, serve with rice or shredded cheddar cheese. ENJOY!
