Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- 2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 4 oz. thinly sliced fresh mushrooms.
- 1/2 yellow onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 # thinly sliced roast beef
- 1/4 # thinly sliced turkey
- 1/4 # thinly sliced salami
- 1/2 thinly sliced green pepper
- 1/4 # thinly sliced swiss cheese
- 1/4 # thinly sliced cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbs. Minced garlic
Step1
Sit out the crescent rolls until they reach room temp.
Step2

preheat oven to 375 and lightly butter the bottom of a 9X13" pan and cover the bottom of the pan with one pkg.. of the crescent rolls.

bell pepper
Layer the meats, cheese,onions,mushrooms,and bell pepper in the pan.
Step4
eggs
In a bowl lightly beat the eggs, salt & pepper, diced garlic, and parmesan cheese and pour 3/4 of the mixture over the bell peppers. unroll the second pkg. of crescent rolls and place over the peppers, then brush the top with the rest of the egg mixture. Cover with aluminum foil
Step5
Bake for 25 minutes then remove foil and bake another 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let the dish set for at least 15 minutes before serving.
To serve cut into squares and place them on a platter with paper doilies. The paper doilies absorb some of the extra moisture on the bottom crust.
