There is no need to get nervous when answering behavioral interview questions. The key is to always be positive as possible. The following are a few behavioral interview questions I've seen myself and others trip up on in the past.

What do you like most about your last boss?

Don't bad-mouth anyone. That is not needed at all. Maybe your last boss really wanted to help you every way they could. Say: "my boss had a great leadership ethic. She really wanted me to do well and did everything in her power to help and coach me along the way. When I did something wrong, she would tell me and then show the right way to do it." This answer will be smaller if you hated your last boss. But think about it, there has to be something you liked about him/her.

Tell me about a conflict that you had with a manager.

Stay positive here. Don't try to flip it around; you have to give an answer. The important part is how you end it. "Even though we had that conflict, it was easily resolved because I met with my manager and made a game-plan of what we could do to improve from here. And the rest of our time was great. We worked much better because of it, and today, that very same manager is on my reference list."

What didn't you like about your last job?

To put it simply, there was no challenge. You became efficient at doing the same thing over and over, but it didn't suit your tastes. You wanted to find something new and grow your talents in another area and that's the reason you're looking for another job.
