How to Find Surveys for Myspace

If you use Myspace, the popular social networking spot on the Internet, you have undoubtedly had numerous surveys for Myspace show up in your list of bulletins from your Myspace friends. The idea is to copy and paste each survey you receive and repost the bulletin with answers of your own. In addition, many people will post them in their profile as a way of fun way of telling their visitors about themselves. For example, a survey for myspace might look something like this:

1. How old are you?

2. How many pets do you have?

3. Who do you have a crush on?

Surveys can vary in length and type of questions asked. After filling out a few of these surveys for Myspace, however, you can start feeling like they are all the same. You may want to go in search of something different.

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer
  • Internet Connection
  1. Step 1

Decide what type of survey you want. Do you just want a fun survey to fill out and send to your friends, or are you looking for a survey that will tell visitors to your profile everything you want them to know about you? Do you want a long survey, or a short survey? What format of survey do you want?

  2. Step 2

Browse through surveys at one of the many survey web sites out there. If you type the term "surveys for myspace" into Google, you'll get more web sites than you know what to do with.

Here are reviews of a few Myspace survey sites I found, to help you with your search.

One site, http://www.pimpsurveys.com/ offers hundreds to choose from, and allows users to add their own surveys. Surveys are categorized according to length, date added, title, and number of times taken.

http://www.myspacesurveyfun.com/ is a web log with about 200 surveys. It features a rating system which allows you to rate the survey with a 5-star system. The nicest thing about this site is that there are some categories to choose from, such as “Checkbox Surveys,” “Top 4 Surveys,” “One Word Surveys,” “Long Surveys,” “Girls Myspace Surveys,” and others.

http://www.bzoink.com/surveys/ has hundreds of surveys for Myspace, and a content rating system which lets you know if a survey is rated “G,” “PG,” or “R.” If you register, you can create and post your own surveys. They also let you know if surveys are long, short, or medium, and there are quizlets and polls here.

  3. Step 3

If you don't find what you're looking for using Step 2, create your own survey. What would you like to know about your Myspace friends, or what would you like them to know about you. Make a list, put it in question form, and post it as a bulletin or type it into the "About Me" section of your Myspace profile.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can do step 2 before any of the other steps, if you're looking for ideas.
  • Some of the sites that come up when you do a Google search will have a lot of pop-up advertising. If you hate them, (as I do,) make sure you've got a pop-up blocker installed. The sites I reviewed above did not have pop-ups when I viewed them.
