How to Fish for Little Cost

If you are new to fishing, you should know that it doesn’t have to cost much of anything. Fishing for little cost is a great way to see if fishing is something you want to invest in as a hobby.

1. Go to your local sporting goods store and purchase a cheap fishing line, hooks, a couple of bobbers and some weights.
2. Go on the hunt for a stick that is long enough and sturdy enough to serve as a fishing rod.
3. Tie the line securely to the stick.
4. Tie a hook to the stick.
5. Put the bobber and weights on the fishing line.
6. Next, purchase a small container of worms or crickets. Or you can just use corn, meat or cheese from your refrigerator.
7. Get a chair and head out to a local fishing hole.
8. Set up your chair, put the bait on your hook and wait.
9. When you see the bobber go under and you pull in your first fish, you will know if you are “hooked” on fishing or not.
10. If you think fishing would be something you would like to pursue, check around to see if you know anyone who fishes. Ask yourself along on his next fishing trip. If you still think fishing is for you, ask your buddy what equipment he recommends.
